We received notice that the truck for Bloom is in transit to us!

Quality control is set to begin next week.

We know this has been an extremely long process, and it has frustrated us to no end to lose any customer faith as we navigated these manufacturing hurdles to get these books to you.

Once they are in our hands, we will move as quickly through quality control as we can. These will be gone through extremely thoroughly with everything this edition has gone through to get to you!

*PLEASE NOTE these are absolutely still coming to you and are of our utmost priority! This is the very last project we have with this manufacturing team and have since transitioned to new printers and manufacturing providers for all new and other existing preorders.

To Bleed A Crystal Bloom:

Orders that will include hand-sprayed edges will be the FIRST to be quality controlled and will be shipped via freight to Simply Painted Pages.

These books will be shipped out immediately upon completion and arrival back to our warehouse.

Quality Control & shipments for single no-edge books and bundles to ship with The Coven will begin immediately upon completion of the pallet being packed for Simply Painted Pages.

(All of The Coven books have already completed quality control and pre-packing stages)

- These will be shipping in batches and may take a few weeks once shipment begins, but we are currently working on setups and bringing in extra hands to expedite this process for these editions!

Previous Update October 8th -

We want to provide an important update on your special edition order of To Bleed a Crystal Bloom and the remaining to be fulfilled of The Coven. We understand the frustration many of you are feeling due to the multiple extended delays, and we deeply apologize for the lack of a recent update. We value your patience and support during this challenging process more than you know. We have been working behind the scenes to get clear answers regarding the shipment and wanted to share the latest details with you.

As many of you know, production for To Bleed A Crystal Bloom was supposed to be completed and shipping to us some time ago. However, the shipment was unexpectedly stalled without transparent explanation to us, and we have spent the past several weeks working diligently to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and get to the bottom of these delays to secure a reliable timeline for when the books would be en route to us. During this time, we’ve been hesitant to provide premature updates as we didn’t want to give further incorrect or uncertain information. Let's just say we were about to get on a flight ourselves to get a solution for you.

The good news is that after significant efforts to get everything back on track, we're being told by the manufacturer that the books are completed, and will reach our warehouse in the next 2-3 weeks. We are awaiting tracking and will be watching it diligently.

Once they are in our hands, we will move as quickly through quality control as we can. These will be gone through extremely thoroughly with everything this edition has gone through to get to you!

For those that have questions as to why we cannot pre-ship The Coven bundle books separately: The majority of our packaging is custom ordered per preorder to give an exclusive unboxing experience. For this preorder, our bundle boxes are upgraded with custom artwork printed on both the inside and outside with soft touch lamination and a pull tab design. Additionally, this includes already purchased and prepared art pieces, and other packaging materials for the bundles needed to ship for this preorder. We also do not charge additional shipping costs for our Bundles vs. Single book preorders/orders within The United States.

There is a lot of planning for specific numbers and material costs that go into preparing for bundle orders to be fulfilled. Getting additional boxes alone to separate the shipping of the two books would add an additional 2 months to the already delayed process. Keeping our bundles as is, outside of the previous listed factors, allows us to prepare for these books' final arrival and get these out as quickly as we possibly can.

At this time factoring in the potential loss of box costs, shipping materials, and additional shipping costs alone required to ship The Coven separately to customers, would be economically unachievable. We're looking at much more than a few dollars per person out of pocket to achieve this scenario, as well as a waste of materials as the bundle boxes are sized to ship two books safely and would need to all switch to single boxes. However, this is not just an issue of us not wanting to lose out on boxes, please know we have thought through this decision thoroughly from every angle and not lightly.

Your order has shipped and was more than likely lost or stalled in transit to the second USPS facility. This is something we're seeing frequently right now and are trying to stay on top of the postal service to make sure your packages are delivered.

We had to do extremely extensive quality control due to manufacturing and shipping damages on this preorder and it has made the fulfillment timeline extend significantly. To ease any concerns: If for some reason additional books are needed to fulfill your order we already have replacement copies on their way from overseas to help cover and that were lost or damaged during shipping so we will ensure you have your hand signed copy with your chosen edge!

Devious Lies and Midnight Blue experienced a short hold-up in customs, but are now still en-route to us! We will notify everyone upon their arrival.

Thank you for your patience as we get these books to us! Upon arrival to the warehouse these will undergo quality control, and we do expect the fulfillment process to go fairly quickly.

We have seen some short holdups with shipments due to the hurricane damage in Western North Carolina, but we are in talks with the shipping providers to utilize the shortest routes to us around these areas during transit.

We are doing our best to stay in contact and hopefully keep delivery as smooth as possible on our end.

We will send out an address update reminder email to all customers before they begin fulfillment, so keep an eye on your email! You can also update your address now by following the directions  HERE to ensure your book arrives safely.

The Hollow & Legend Omnibus is currently still completing preparation for shipment to the US, as a portion of the slipcases are finishing completion for packing. We expect these to be en-route to us over the next two weeks.

Books went through a last minute manufacturing location change, but we are happy to say it was a smooth transition!

Thank you for your patience on these, they are a new product material for us and we want them to be absolutely perfect.

Once the books complete shipping preparation they'll be in transit to us from overseas via both air and fast sea shipment.
