Update Your Shipping Address
If your order has not shipped, you can update your shipping address in a couple ways:
1. From the Order Status Page
This page appears once an order is placed. Right away, it will ask you if everything looks correct. If not, click Update shipping address to submit your changes. This will update the shipping address on your confirmed order. No further action is needed.
2. From your Order Confirmation Email
Locate your original order confirmation email from hi@lithavenbooktique.com. From here, you have two options:
- Click View your order to be taken directly to your order status page. From the order status page, click Update shipping address to submit your changes. This will update the shipping address on your confirmed order. No further action is needed.
- OR you can scroll down in your order confirmation email to the Customer information area. From here, click Update Address to make any needed changes.
3. From your Customer Account
Can't find your order confirmation email? No problem. You can also update your shipping address from your account. Login to your customer account HERE. Under Order History, select the unfulfilled order that you’d like to update the shipping address for (this option will not appear for fulfilled orders). Scroll to the address area and click Update Address to make any needed changes. That's it! You're all set.
